You can use these yolks as a hair mask also you can use these in any other recipe which make only with egg yolks

Home made mayonnaise uses just yolks. There’s also a custard recipe for just yolks, is lovely on a pavlova

yolks are a great binder you can make frittata using yolks, any patties, you could even make cake using only the yolk.

Creme brulee
Omelette with just the egg yolk is good

Gingerbread biscuits often need egg yolks only. Or add them to one r two eggs to make yolks scrambled gigs.

You could make Hollandaise sauce or Lemon butter 🙂

Use them in cakes , biscuits , home made custard the best.

Forgot to mention custard. Great for Christmas and if you make it from scratch you need egg yolks.
