There are some inexpensive cameras out there. I once bought my daughter a $10 camera from Officeworks to take on a school excursion. The photos were not brilliant, but okay for the price of the camera.

Check out your local retailers such as Harvey Norman, Good Guys, JB HI etc. They will have some great options! I would suggest the Polaroid Mini 8 Instax Camera, but then you would be spending a small fortune in film 😛

canon are pretty good and you can get a decent camera pretty cheap

Thanks I think I might get one that is shock proof for those accidental drops and water proof for those accidental splash of water or in a puddle or something

There are lots of nifty little cameras out there suitable for a 6 year old without the hefty price tag. I would suggest visiting places like Harvey Norman or Retravision or The Good Guys

whatever type you get I would make sure it’s kid durable as they are known to drop them particularly when excited on a holiday

If you are getting a new one for you, perhaps you could give her your old one.
