Foods you like to eat when expecting.
Massiev amount of veggies I normally wouldn’t choose. I ate on one morning 1,5kg of cauliflower 😀
I love all food and any excuse to eat it but I found I had to have cold juicy apples, one a day. Kept me very regular as well
I don’t know if it was really a craving, but I ate potato chips.
Potato chips was my pregnancy craving.
#1 – Steak sandwiches and oranges/mandarins #2 – Chocolate #3 – Nothing in particular
I didn’t really have cravings. I liked to eat healthy. And because of morning sickness, all I could stomach for a while was salt and vinegar chips
I had hyperemesis so my “safe” foods were frozen coke, cheeseburgers, chips and gravy and mash potato
I didn’t have any cravings.
My first was crusts from pizzas or Sara Lee Apple pies Second was mint lifesavers Third nothing
Also, very thirsty, so lots of water and milk.
Usually healthy foods and lots of it! Mashed potato and peas being a firm favourite.
