I dont think this is a question that people can answer for others. There is no right and wrong and we are all different. Try for another when YOU are ready.

I personally think 18 months to 2 years is a good gap.

Do It! It’s tough at first but mine are 22 months apart and they are so close already . Bub is 10 months and they are great together

My daughters are 10 years apart due to fertility issues.
They are seriously so close and have the same bond as that of my niece and nephew who are much closer in age.
You do what’s right for you x

There is never a ‘right’ time. Go with your gut and enjoy your growing family 🙂

I have 3 kids under 4 and all I can tell you is ask yourself do you want the go through the baby crap after uv already done it or do it all over again after having a break? 1 kid is easy then throw more in its gets hard, very hard and personally I want to live my life eventually so i wouldnt stretch out having babies to far apart because they still need to grow up and you gotta be able to Pee and shower in peace at some point right??

I think everyone is different! I think do what you and your other half feel is best!

There are always reasons for or against. If you think you and your partner are ready, and your 18 month old is doing fine. go for it! You have at least 9 months to prepare your little one for having a baby around

I got 3 kids.All have 2 years gap.Not easy but happy as they playing together in this lockdown situation.

This is something that only you can answer. It will depend on if you work and how you are coping with one child. Ideally I wanted my children to have 2 – 3 years between them.

I think it’s smart to have one toilet trained before having another- there’s about 2.5yrs between my two.

I think a decision like this is really personal, I waited 2 years between my babies but that was medical and emotional reasoning, there’s so many things to factor in. This time we are thinking we are going to wait until my son is in at least kindy so I can have that one on one time with the baby if we have another

I think there’s no ideal age gap. Each family and family circumstances are different and not all pregnancies are planned. Between our first 2 we had 12 months and 3 weeks difference and I loved it ! Yes it was hard work in the beginning but aw they were close and did have lots of fun together

It’s entirely up to you, mine were just under 2 years apart which I think made it easier as they played together and could do things together when older and same sex helped as well.

Friends of mine have 3 children. There is 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 years gaps.
In those days it was mainly towelling nappies (they were all allergic to something in disposable nappies – tried several brands – and different brand nappy liners) Worst part was number of nappies to wash.

I had a miscarriage in between my children so the gap ended up being 2 and a half years. If you feel ready for another child then that’s up to you. I think every situation is different.

My boys are 9 years apart. Now 21 and 30. My sister and are 10 years apart and we are very close as are my sons. I dont think it matters.

I am wondering too but i guess it depends on how you and your partner feels , the financial situation as well

I have four years difference and i dont think i could have coped if they were closer in age but i have a friend who has 4 under who handles it perfectly.

22 months between my two. Much easier than having two children that are at very different learning stages
