You can only enter a competition twice and get the five points for it. Needs to be entered on different days. After that, you get nothing for entering unless you win the prize. I too can’t work out the recomnend points. They don’t seem to work for me as they should either

I have found I don’t get the extra 2 points for recommending a MoMs post on Facebook. I emailed admin about it. They asked I screen shot some of the posts that don’t give me the 2 points and send them in. I did that and have heard nothing back. I still don’t get the extra 2 points for recommending on Facebook

I would maybe contact the moms team and double check if there is something wrong. They are really great at checking things are running correctly and rectifying if there has been any problems.

There are limits to the amount of points you can earn for each activity. For example with the competitions, you can enter two times and get points each time but every time you enter after that, you get no points.

The Rewards page identifies how many points you can earn for each activity and what the maximum is.

I haven’t had any points not show up that I now of – i don’t always check though and I am only on sporadically.

I’ve never checked this – I don’t keep that close a track of my points!

coastalkaryn – not all of my recipes have been posted either. But, a lot have been posted which is wonderful! They probably get a lot of recipes. I am always thrilled when one is posted!

I have experienced this where my contribution has not made the points board. I emailed the team at MoM with the posts listed and they rectified it quickly

They sometimes don’t post recipes I submit, and every now and then my comments dont go to my tally, but mostly pretty good… Admin will assist you if u email

Points are limited on these sites for fairness. Check with the Moms team for support – they are very helpful.

I’ve never checked my points……should do it though. I would think that even though you can enter a competition as many times as you like you would only get the one set of points for it????

Hope you get some answers. I actually never check if my points have been rewarded. Should probably go check it out.

Some comps are run externally – via cohort, I find these don’t accrue any points. If its the other comps and it says ‘thanks for entering’ there might be a problem with your account – contact the moms team – I’ve seen a couple of similar posts to yours so there could be some glitches. Good luck!
