Just eat healthy wholesome foods, avoid processed foods and sugar, exercise, make sure you sleep enough and take care for your social and mental health too.
Eat natural and avoid processed food. Try to create your own salad dressing and marinades from scratch. Not only is it healthy but it also won’t contain any added sugars or chemicals. This is what I followed and lost 22kgs.
I’d say chia seeds and flax seeds. They are great added to yogurt, but you could also use them to crumb to your chicken for example, or add them to cookies and pies.
