  • I still do them, sporadically, 8 years after my youngest was born. Just when I remember.

  • Keep doing them when u can it’s very important

  • I still do them. I try and do them every dsy whilst plopped in front of the tv. I do 10-20 reps at a time.

  • I’m really bad, I should be going them everyday and on advise from physio 3 x 10 reps but I dont.

  • Never! It is an exercise for life

  • Pretty lazy with these, find them annoying but not as annoying as incontinence pads so thanks for the reminder. After baby 1 a physio visited me in hospital and suggested how many to do a day but I honestly can’t remember. You can get tests done on your pelvic floor strength which might give you some direction

  • I still do them now..when I rememberto

  • You should always do them not matter how log ago you had bub

  • I was less diligent 6 months postpartum, now 10 months postpartum. But I still try and remember at least once a day. I had issues initially so don’t want next pregnancy (or later on in life) to have increased issues. So I’m going to keep doing them each day. I try and remember when I get into bed.

  • I’m terrible at remembering to do them. The responses from all these women are a powerful reminder! :)

  • I haven’t stopped, though I do forget to sometimes. Worth doing to keep the pelvic floor strong, so less chance of incontinence later in life due to old age.

  • Never….dont ever stop.
I had to have my uterus removed a couple of years ago and after the surgery i wasnt allowed to do the exercises until i healed. Once i started again it was odd how suddenly they were so difficult. They are something that you should keep doing all your life

  • Dont stop dont stop dont stop!

  • i havent i think its a good idea to always do them.
as its good to have strong muscles down there.
So you dont need to go toilet each time you sneeze

  • Never stop doing pelvic floor exercises it is true
you can clench and release driving car too
helps women of all ages to keep healthy and avoid
bladder problems so please keep this area fit and employed

  • Don’t stop! Don’t stop! Don’t stop! :o

  • never, they are an important part of your health regime, as important as drinking water, the long term implications as we get older apart from our sexual health is incontinence and whilst sometimes it is unavoidable, anything that you can do to stop the ageing of your pelvic floor muscles is worth doing. please don’t stop,

  • you have to do them for the rest of your life! supposed to do them while pregnant also.

  • Never, ever stop these exercises. Whenever you think about it do a couple of sets.

  • Never stop doing them! Always important to do them!
