All year around whenever there’s a good sale- I have a present catalogue. I buy whenever I see something I think someone will like.

I buy throughout the year when I find items on special.

As soon as xmas is over, if I see something on sale or something I think someone likes I buy it, then it doesn’t cost a heap at the end of the year and I find I buy presents people love rather than rush buying

I start keeping an eye out just after Christmas – if I see something great, or on special, I pick it up.

Because we have a large family i start in january and buy here and there throughout the year

I like to get them early as I hate going shopping with huge crowds. Last year I was expecting our Bub in late November so I wanted it all done before then. I started in June when the EOFY sales were on.

I buy presents all year round and use them for various birthdays and Christmas presents. That way you can buy things on special.

I like to buy during the year, I try & set out sometype of plan on what I would like to get each child & then keep an eye out for when it comes on special. The older kids are starting to get alot harder to buy for. We do a kris kringle so that helps keep the numbers & $ down.

I get things on sale throughout the year and get things on a huge Christmas sale from big w or target.

I normally start in October & for the past few years have done all my Christmas shopping online. It is certainly less stressful & everything is wrapped & ready to go before December.

At christmas time so I get something they want or need as kids especially change their minds on what is in and out of fashion etc.

I give myself a deadline and like to have them all done by that date. Last year we were finished by sept or oct. I buy things as I see them, on special and put them away. Max time I’d do this is less than a year – ie I don’t go to the post xmas sales buying things for the next xmas! I hate the stress of parking and crowds and impulse buying
