  • I’m pretty sure it can start anytime from birth, but typically around 4-6 months

  • Every child is different. My 3 kids didn’t start teething until 9 months. Babies can be whingey and drooly…it doesn’t necessarily mean they are teething.

  • I agree with its around 5-6 months. Their poor things when they are teething :)

  • Usually around 5-6 months. But it will be different for every child so I wouldn’t be too worried if they don’t teeth until later.

  • The average seems to be 5 – 6 months. If your baby’s front gums look very red, it is an indication of the beginning of teething with some babies. Dribbling is a big tell tale. Some babies get severe nappy rash… with or without diarrhoea when teething. You may need to give extra feeds to settle baby, or boiled water.

  • Every child is different…. My eldest didnt get her first tooth until she was around 14mths.
Everyone had an opinion and peoples comments used to drive me crazy.

  • My 2 had their first tooth at about 7 months, so I guess they were around 6 months when it first started to push thru

  • It does vary for children; but you will definitely know as they will be unsettled and ‘grumpy’.

  • Mine all started between 4 and 6 months. I have know of babies only getting their first at 12 months!

  • Around 4 to 5 months I believe

  • They are all different. My little one started at 6 months

  • Normally between 4 months to 1 year.

  • Babies are all different. My first started teething from 8 months. First tooth didn’t come through until she was 10 months. My second had his first tooth at 4.5 months with no signs of teething. My third has just stared teething at 5 months and his first tooth is starting to cut now. Constant dribbling and rubbing of his gums.

  • The teeth move around before they break the surface of the gum so its always hard if your bub is upset whether or not to say they are teething, some babies are born with teeth and others may well be over one before a tooth appears

  • It really does depend on the child my daughter hadn’t teethed by her first birthday

  • My son started at six month old.

  • It’s different for every child indeed. My daughter cut her first tooth at 8 months.

  • It depends on the child some kids are vorn teething. (my fiends kid was born with two teeth nearly poping through its gum. My three kids started at between 4-6 months old and it contiunued on and off till they were three. Getting the back molours.
