They are clips that hold buckles to the side while you can get baby into a car seat or stoller
I would be googling them to find stockists. Or contacting your local stores and asking if they have them.
If you buy them on-line make sure they meet Australian Standards and that if it is not brand new make sure the vehicle has not been in even a minor accident at all.
I was going to suggest googling too.
Amazon has them available on their website. Ebay is also another place to find them.
Online I reckon. Do a google search and see what pops up
