Who has the skip hop cry activated unicorn soother?

Hello!

Can you tell me when your sound starts once activated with babies cry? My baby will cry and the sound won’t start for probably 5 minutes afterwards. The blue light is flashing to indicate that I have the cry activated soother on.

I would try googling it and finding out more about it. It’s probably a simple quick and easy fix

Firstly I would contact the store you bought it from. If it was manufactured overseas there may be a distributor agency In Australia. Is there a booklet / instruction manual with it at all? Is there a warranty with it? Did you keep the receipt to prove date of purchase?
