I am an insulin dependent type 2 diabetic. Will Dermaveen make a difference to blood sugar levels when testing blood?

  • Did you get in contact with the Dermaveen manufacturer ?
Interesting that wearing nail polish will make a difference to blood readings !

  • I wouldn’t think so. To be on the safe side I would apply Dermaveen well before you take your blood sugars.

  • perhaps that is a question for your Doctor or the Diabetes foundation….

  • thank you for all your replies
I intend to get in contact with Dermaveen manufacturers to find out the answer.
When I get a reply I will inform you all.

I know wearing nail polish will make a difference to blood readings

  • look i would have though the answer would be no, i don’t know for sure though.

  • Would really have no idea. Do things you generally rub on your skin typically alter your blood sugar. I’m not sure how it would do that.

  • What a great question, something I’ve never even though about. There was a recent review of Dermaveen on here, check it out, might help answer your question

  • Isn’t dermaveen for external use? Do things that we rub on our skin generally alter blood sugar levels?

  • I would email the company direct to get a correct answer on this, I would hate to mess with your healh by giving you a wrong answer.
