Would DermaVeen be a good choice for skin affected by Lupus

Dermaveen is a great cleanser, it’s non irritating and so soothing. I think you will find it works well

It probably would be. Dermaveen has calming colloidal oatmeal in it to help with skin that becomes red and inflamed and itchy. You could also try using good old fashioned Sorbolene, which is very inexpensive from a pharmacy. Basically you want to use something as neutral as possible when dealing with sensitised skin due to auto immune disease.
