  • Sushi is fun and healthy.

  • I depends a bit on the age of your child. One of ours like leftover vegetable slice for the next couple of days after we have had it for a main meal. I know a Mum who makes muffins with grated vegetables in them Make sure the school knows you put healthy food in them or you might get complaints – even a note about giving you child unacceptable junk food. Some schools check lunchboxes. Perhaps you can add a small amount of dried fruit as a snack in the warmer weather rather from fresh fruit, some of which so soft or bruise easily.

  • My children love having sushi and wraps.

  • Hummus and crackers
    Yoghurt
