Ask your question
  • Give them food first then milk

  • She’s still on the bottle at 18months but not eating much? Do you give food first – might be filling up on milk

  • A friend of mine used the Liquid one that is in a small carton and tipped it into a drink container. He now drinks ordinary or UHT milk. I’m not sure which he has at home. It may be because supposedly breast milk is sweet and possibly thicker than other milk. How often are you breast feeding her? If more than once a day, I suggest you cut back to one a day initially, gradually let her have less then refuse her completely. Then say no or just ignore her when she asks or ignore her (but if she starts pulling at your top but that could be a little awkward when you are out and about in public). If you are home or comfortable with her actions and ignore her she will give up asking after awhile. I know one Mum who did that and it was successful. Good Luck.

  • My 2year old still doesn’t eat much. I’m not too worried because he still puts on weight. Have you tried incorporating bm into food?

  • Sometimes changing meals like lunch item in breakfast and vice versa helps. Also did you ever tried home made fruit purees, that’s also a way.
