Pasta and pasta bakes, spag bol, chicken parmas, deviled or curried sausages, homemade sausage rolls, homemade pies (you can make up different fillings)
Tell me about it, and hubby is usually fussier. I used to adjust each meal. Eg my daughter liked raw veggies, so that’s what she got. My son didn’t like all his food covered in casserole gravy, but he liked gravy, so I just made some gravy up for him separately
I place cooked food in bowls and everyone serves themselves, taking a little more or less of what they like. Saves on wastage and everyone gets their veggies.
This is a hard one. On the one hand you have an adult (at least a child/adult) who insists on a specific diet on the other hand you have a growing toddler who deserves to have nourishment that will enable him/her to reach their full potential. If you’d like to write to me personally at jezemeg8@gmail.com, putting Mouths of Moms in the subject line, and give me more details as to what your husband will/won’t eat, perhaps I can help you devise a plan. I am the mother of 3 now adult (so they keep telling me) children and grandmother to two as well as ministering to the needs of the street folk and homeless around my home. I’m not a miracle worker nor am I perfect but perhaps together we can come up with something.
