I’m trying to lose weight but I don’t have the money or time to buy special things/ingredients etc especially with 3 fussy kids. So I’m just trying to cut my portion sizes and eat lighter meals. For breakfast I have a banana up & go, lunch I have a ham, cheese tomato sandwich that has butter and a tiny bit of mayo or sometimes I have eggs on toast or egg omelette/scrambled with tomato cheese and avocado. Dinner is usually some kind of meat mostly chicken (schnitzels, rissoles) with pasta and vegies/butter chicken and rice, tacos with salad etc. I don’t see that as bad food but I know they aren’t the absolute best for losing weight but if I cut the portion size and exercise will I lose weight or will I be going around in circles. I do light exercise, a fitness class once a week but would like to try do something everyday.
