  • When you don’t tolerate eye drops you could seek advice from a naturopath. They say eating oily fish is helpful, also drinking plenty of water, use a humidifier with filter, drink plenty and blink often.

  • There is a new product that you spray on closed eyes for dry eyes, ask your local chemist!

  • I suffer from time to time – and it realllly is annoying :/ Some friends use an air purifier, or a humidifier with just water in it when they are at home to keep some moisture in the air, and that seems to help a lot. As for drops, my Dr suggested just plain old saline as other brands can irritate them further. You can buy saline in pipettes (small single use tubes) from the chemist by the sheet usually. Good Luck X

  • Not sure of natural remedies – but finding the drops to suit my eyes has helped.

  • That is exactly what mine do!! The Dr said because they are dry , they water!!! Drops seem to sting and irritate my eyes even more!

  • I suffer a similar problem. Whenever I walk my dog, my eyes water so badly. They don’t hurt, but I look like I’ve been crying its that bad
