I dont think there is a “should” about it as such.
Just be mindful of surfaces that your bub will be crawling on and able to reach, etc.
I work with special needs children and the interesting thing that we have found is a lot of the “natural” products are really bad with kids that have seizures and those with sensory issues. Vinegar is really bad. Even though we can smell it they can and it causes total melt downs and anger issues.
It would be the last thing on my mind! But reducing/eliminating harmful chemicals is good at any time. I think the more important things would be products that directly affect baby, like soaps, lotions and maybe how you wash clothing/ sheets etc.
If you think it’s important then try it. But i would also advise not to stress yourself over it – eg if you’ve run out of your natural cleaning product and don’t have time to make more, then don’t worry about getting out the old pine-o-cleen.
I’d use as many natural products as possible around my child. I use Ecoworx which is very natural. I’ve even sprayed it on my dog and accidently sprayed it on my face. Never had any reaction to it. Just make sure that whatever your child will be on or near needs to be safe for them
