  • Bo nappy time, cool warm baths pat dry with a soft towel. Use a good moisture like sorbelen or ezema cream and let the fresh air to it

  • Sudo for nappy rash and dribble rash just keep it dry with dabbing a soft cloth over the liquid and it will clear on its own,

  • milk rash will go away on its own , if it looks really sore, the best thing for it is to put breast milk on it, if breastfeeding makes a difference,

  • This has been very informative reading all these answers!!

  • there are lots of products on the market. ask the pharmacist and get them to have a look at the severity of the rashes.

  • I find Nappy Goo to be a fantastic product! It’s made by the royal children’s hospital. It really clears up nappy rash fast. I’ve used it on other red areas like under the neck or armpits and it cleared it up too with just one application!

  • Curash and Sudocreme. If there’s the hint of eczema though, try some of the cream made by Caroline’s Skin Care, a small company in Western Australia. She’s had brilliant results with her creams and people & babies with skin problems.

  • Keeping dry is the key and some free nappy off time. Also my household would be lost without Bepanthen cream, has been a God send from Zero to Hero.

  • I used sudocream or just left the nappy off as long as I could, the fresh air was great. Never worried about milk rash, it will clear up pretty quickly.

  • Thanks for the suggestions. I will try a few different things and keep the rest in mind.

  • Sudocreme, my daughter is nearly 3 and I still use it for any rash she has, its the best.

  • sudocreme worked well for us

  • Bepanthen was really good for my children.

  • I found Curash to work really well. My oldest couldn’t tolerate disposable nappies & it took a lot of rashes on her poor little tush to work that out…..but the Curash gave her the best relief.

  • Sudocrem has always been the best thing for me and my family.
