Do babies recognise their mums voice from the womb?

  • Studies have shown that they do recognise voices and music etc.

  • I’ve heard that they can recognise voices, noises, music etc.

  • I have heard that this is true and studies have been done proving that babies can often recognise the sounds of their parents voices which helps them in bonding after they are born. Lots of books say that it is good to read out loud so that the baby can get used to the sound of you speaking.
