Clean eating is easy to do without help, just avoid anything processed and stick to fresh wholefoods as much as possible and include lots of fresh fruit and veggies. No need to listen to the so called self proclaimed experts.
I like the Healthy home Economist, it’s based on Traditional Eating and Holistic Health : https://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/
Also Teressa Cutter’s website (the Healthy Chef) is quite good for recipes, idem for the Coconut Mama
Hi Tia,

Eat Drink Paleo is a great cook book! I recently received it for my birthday from my sister and I am in love with it! Inexpensive book to purchase also!
I love Jude Blereau’s recipes. I hope you will also find some inspiration in her website and her books, that you probably find at your local library. http://www.wholefoodcooking.com.au/
