Finger foods are easy to manage. Small,fruits or cut up fruit, sandwiches, cheese, celery and carrot sticks, mushrooms, capsicums, broccoli, dried fruits, whatever your little one has at home. Bottled filtered water is generally the easiest or tetra pack juices. If yor want you can start together making up little lunch boxes each day and have a little picnic at home or in a park. Introduce some new foods if you want and this can be fun if you shop for these items together. Your little one will let you know what he/she likes and does not like. Sometimes your little one may like to try new things and at others, will want the same each day. Just go with the flow and enjoy the experience together..
