As the other Mums have suggested, fresh fruits and vegetables are great. Sandwiches of course. You could make a dip and send a little tub with the vegies and/ or bread/ pita bread/ crackers. Cheese. Slices or homemade muesli bars. Dried fruit is always a winner with my daughter.
I have seen recipes online for fruit leather (like roll ups) which seem relatively easy to make but a bit time consuming.
