At home we love nuts. As alternative to nuts my kids love roasted broad beans and roasted chick pea’s. My youngest is on diary free and she loves the Nudie Coconut yoghurt (as oppose to the lactose free yoghurt, this one doesn’t contain sugar), I just put some in a small pot. I also buy Oliana Dairy free cheese for her. We also have lots of veggie chips and veggie muffins, raw veggie and a limited amount of fresh fruit. My kids also love a boiled egg in their lunchbox.
