Anything that you are eating ie if you have a sandwich a bit of the bread, my daughter liked vegemite sandwiches, milk arrowroot biscuits and baby biscuits. I tried steamed veg but had no success. Meatballs (homemade and full if veg) worked for us. Annabel karmel has a website with free recipes, there’s some on this site, huggies, heinz and coles also. My understanding of blw is to still have purees? My friend gives her daughter veg soup/stew in a mini thermos
