No food containing grains or dairy.
Fruit and Veg with low sugar, salt content. There is one or two vegetables which naturally contain salt in them. That was a big shock to me. If you suffer from reflux to the extent that you suffer pain and/or vomit the diet can be a bit bland. They use a lot of herbs and spices. e,g, garlic, onions, pepper, chillis, curry etc.
