I’ve a very dry skin too. I use a goat milk lotion with shea butter and rose hip. On my face I use a combi of shea butter, coconut oil and olive oil. On my hands I use paw paw or Neutrogena Norwegian formula. Also I need to stay as much as possible away of soaps.
I have dry sensitive skin and I find relief in a lot of ways . This happens more in the cold harsh winter season as the wind and cold makes it worse. I use dry skin lotion that contains soothing ingredients such as shea butter, lanolin , oils etc. it will say for very dry skin on the bottle or tube. Also strong fragrance on cosmetics irritates me so not suited to those and I even use unscented facial wipes to remove makeup. In summer try to stay out of the sun and everyday drink heaps of water ( normally 8 glasses for adults ) as that will help hydrate skin as well .
Lucky you chatee4 – getting to review a product – good to read another review on Dermaveen. I use Vitamin E cream as a basic moisturiser. Always works well. Dermaveen is a good moisturiser too. I have some basic moisturisers that I use on my skin. The cheap and cheerful ones match the expensive ones and can even better some of them!
I was recently invited to trial the Dermaveen Daily Nourish Moisturiser. I too have dry skin due to the heat where I live and horrible water quality, my hands and legs always look like snake skin. I was surprised that the Dermaveen actually works! It’s absorbed quickly, smells great and within a week I’ve already noticed my skin us softer and not as dry.
