  • I use E45 cream from Woolies or chemist warehouse it great

  • I have quite a dry skin too. Did you try dry skin brushing to remove dried old skin cells ? I also like to use the foot file several times a week to avoid skin cracking and chaps. I regularly smear with petroleum jelly on leg, hands and feet and then cover with a cotton legging, cotton socks and cotton gloves. In the winter I do this each night. Besides this I use a good moisturising body lotion

  • Try Dermal Therapy Very Dry Skin lotion . It is very soothing and is in a big 500ML bottle . You can purchase this at your local pharmacy such as Priceline or Chemist Warehouse stores .

  • try aveeno, it is great and will provide your skin with lots of moisture.

  • Dermaveen body wash and moisturiser can help or other types (ask your pharmacist). Also just a thought, but could your medication be causing it? My mum is on meds and they have been causing her itchy and dry skin to the point where its flaking everywhere! Maybe something to talk to your doc about.

  • Try either Dermaveen body wash or qv body wash hope that helps x
