Hello!

Are you a morning / evening person? Has it changed with age? I think I used to be a morning one but as I get older I seem to get up later and later!

  • I used to be a morning but since kids I can’t seem to get up when I have to!
It’s hard because I have broken sleep every night from having to make bottles or soothing any crying.

  • I’m totally a morning person; always was and think I always will be

  • I’ve always been a night owl. I doubt I’ll ever change.

  • I was a morning person. I love the peace and quiet before everyone else got out of bed. Like you, and now the kids have moved out, I find my early mornings getting later and later. Winter is the worst

  • I used to just jump up out of bed in the morning but not any more. I have to drag myself out at 6am to take my daughter to the train station, but I do sometimes sneak back into bed until the younger ones get up for school. I love the evenings when I can relax but I find it hard to wind down so my nights are usually long ones.

  • I thought I was a morning person – but now my daughter wakes up at the ungodly hour of 5 everyday – i’ve decided I’m not!

  • I prefer mornings although I do find it hard to get started each day!

  • I’ve always been a morning person. When I was younger I used to wake up around 7. Now it’s more 5:30, occasionally 6. But I love it this way! :-)

  • LOVED YOUR LITTLE LINE ABOUT GETTING OLDER and waking up later and later. lol. ..but you forgot to add going to bed earlier (or is that just me) te he .

  • I am an evening person where you can wind down and relax!

  • I am usually at my best mid morning but I am now on maternity leave with Miss 11 weeks who wakes anywhere from 3.30am so I have learned to appreciate the stillness of early mornings when it just me and her awake. I now have my housework all done by 9.30am and feel my best in the morning.
