  • My MIL used to say the same – I completely disagree with her and don’t think you can ever hold a baby too much. They’ve gone from feeling completely secure in the womb to a big open world, the comfort is their mum at this point.

  • You can’t spoil your baby by holding them too much. Your helping them feel secure and comfortable. Keep doing your own thing mumma.

  • No, in my opinion you can never love/hold a baby too much. Its actually beneficial for their brain development as well..

  • Nonsense ! You can’t spoil a baby. Contrary to popular myth, it’s impossible for parents to hold or respond to a baby too much, child development experts say. Infants need constant attention to give them the foundation to grow emotionally, physically and intellectually.

  • my mother in law says this to my sister in law, but really i dont think you can spoilt them to much! they grow so quickly! soak up every moment you can!

  • You know your baby best and you can never cuddle them enough. Grow too quick
