Hello Mums,
Have your children or any one you know of received individual learning plan from school.
And if it all some one did then have you even heard of ‘having no incidents in school’ being a ‘Personal and Social capability’ goal ?

  • We don’t have one but if we did, this line would probably be included as term one Kindy, I had 2 calls from the teacher about my child’s behaviour. Have there been any incidents at school?

  • My youngest has an individual learning plan. She is in yr 1 after repeating prep and functions way below prep level, also has social aspects in her goals (which are based on things that are hard for her). At her school this plan is only made with my permission and signed by me after it was discussed.
I would ask for a chat about it so you can shoot your questions

  • Sounds like a copy and paste job to me, but I’d ask for clarification.

  • Never heard of any things like it.

  • I wouldn’t worry about it. The school probably has to give them a goal in each heading and that’s what they came up with.
