They are like donut muffins and DELICIOUS! They are quick to make and quick to cook – about 20 minutes to make and 20 minutes to cook.

  • Easy Milo Cake

    • 80 grams butter, softened
    • 1/2 cup castor sugar
    • 1 cup Milo
    • 2 cups self raising flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 eggs

    Serves: 8 Cooktime: 40 Preptime: 15 Time: 55

    1. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and Milo and beat just until blended.
    2. Add the flour and milk and continue to beat for 4 minutes on medium.
    3. Pour into a cake tin or in a muffin pan. If in a cake tin bake for 30-40 minutes on 180 degrees or until it springs back. If in a muffin pan bake for 15-20 minutes or until they spring back.
