I saw this on a MoM recipe and want to know if you can buy it or it is something you have to make yourself. What is Kataifi pastry?

  • It’s a pastry that is in very thin strands. You can buy it from the store, it doesn’t need to be homemade.

  • It is a greek pastry a bit like angel hair pasta (but pastry). It can be bought and I have seen it both used in mains and desserts!
