Hello!

When breastfeeding what is the progression of solids? I know to wait two days between new foods and breastfeed first then offer food. My daughter is 6 months old and I have just started one meal a day of farex and carrot. She seems to want food all day!

  • Mashed veggies is great :P

  • I would breastfeed my little man at about 6am then at 8am he would have farex cereal then breastfeeds whenever he wanted, then lunch would be yoghurt and piece of fruit and dinner I would have already frozen diced chicken & veggies or beef, steak, pork, fish with veggies etc, or I freshly prepare and cook savory mince with small diced veggies ;-)
