  • A really nice, simple garden salad with fresh, delicious ingredients.

  • A garden salad and I add avocado, walnuts or cashews along with craisins to make it a little different, if pomegranate is in season at that instead of craisins :)

  • Some of these recipes are great!!

  • Try to make potato salad.
    1.5 kg of baby potatoes
3 spring onions – finely diced
4 slices of short cut bacon – finely diced
    1 cup of mayonnaise
    1/2 cup of sour cream
1 generous dessertspoon of seeded mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions
Cut the potatoes in half and add to a pot of salted boiling water to cook.
Meanwhile, place the bacon and spring onions into a frying pan and cook until the bacon begins to brown.
Drain the cooked potatoes and place into a large serving bowl. Add the cooked bacon and spring onions along with the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and salt and pepper.
Carefully mix until all of the ingredients have combined.
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and place into the fridge until ready to enjoy

  • 1 pack spiral pasta, 1 jar seafood cocktail sauce, celery ( I use a half a celery for one pack of pasta but add to own taste) and pine nuts. (Again add to taste but I use 1 small bag)
Cook pasta, cut celery, mix it all together. Easy pasta salad!

  • Baby spinach 500g
Tin of whole baby beets (chopped)
    1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
    200g feta cheese (cubed)
    Dressing:
    2 tablespoons orange juice
1/3 cup (80ml) extra virgin olive oil
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
