It might be very sweet, but my son loves nutri grain! It’s his favourite breakfast cereal for the moment and he likes to call them robots. ><

my kids enjoy Nuti grain, but for me I find it too sweet. for a snack mid afternoon it is ok as it does fill them and a good chance to get a good cup of milk too.

I really enjoy eating nutri grain its not as healthy as they say it is but it gives me a boost for the day that I need

  • Not for breakfast

    3 out of 5

Nutri-grain is not something you want to be eating for breakfast, certainly wouldn’t be serving it to young children. I dislike that they market it as though it is healthy.

  • Not an everyday breakfast.

Nutri grain tastes delicious. They are very sweet though, so we don’t encourage this as an everyday breakfast in our house. Sometimes my kids may have a handful as a snack in their lunchbox as a bit of a treat.

  • Ok as a snack

    Contains a bit of sugar.
I use it as a special snack for the kids on the odd occasion be of the sugar content.
But then again, there are worse cereal out there for kids

  • Very Nice

    3.5 out of 5

I like Kellogg’s Nutri-grain and think it’s a very nice occasional cereal. I believe it contains a lot of sugar and that’s why I wouldn’t have it on a regular basis.

  • Not a healthy breakfast

    2.5 out of 5

I’ve often thought of how ironic it is that Nutri-grain is marketed as “Iron man food” as though it were good for athletes. Instead it is packed full of sugar. Okay for a treat or snack but it is not an everyday breakfast.

  • The whole house loves it

    5 out of 5

Look it’s not the most nutritious thing out there but it makes them happy and they can always chock up on fruit and veg later.

  • Nutri-grain

This cereal is a very quick breakfast and it’s delicious with cold milk it warm. It’s crunchy has large pieces and has a very unique taste.

  • Okay snack

    1 out of 5

Full of absolutely no goodness for children what so ever. They are handy to have on hand to give to the kids as a quick snack before dinner. Only a handful, fills the tummy (but so does cardboard, only not as sweet).

  • Childhood memories

    5 out of 5

These bring back childhood memories for me. I used to eat these as a snack dry with no milk. I understand they are not the healthiest however a great snack for an energy boost. I don’t feel as though the recipe has changed much over the years. Still yummy to me.
