A pantry essential in my house, I always like to be stocked up. It’s a filling breakfast to go or hearty snack. The kids love it.

Name defines the convenience of these. I love these and used to have them everyday for school. I wish they did almond milk ones now or dairy free ones

We will buy these whenever they are on sale & my husband has them as a quick breakfast on the way to work or as a quick energy snack throughout the day. Flavour is good & they hit the spot.

This breakfast drink is too sugary for me. It’s not natural tasting. I think it needs to be a bit healthier if advertised as breakfast

These are great to keep in the freezer to use to keep lunches cold and then drink as they defrost throughout the day. They are very thick.

What a great way to get breakfast into kids that refuse to eat cereal or bread. I personally don’t like them but my son has one every morning. Their a bit expensive though so I stock up when their on special.

These are great for a quick snack if you keep forgetting to eat breakfast; my kids adore them, and they’re great for when we’re in a rush in the mornings, as I am. It’s probably not the healthiest breakfast substitute, but it’s better than nothing.

Sanitarium Up&go Choc Ice Liquid Breakfast are fantastic breakfast drinks, the 6 pack is so handy for keeping in the fridge so you always have some handy. They fill me up and are tasty.

I used to drink these all the time for breakfast when I had to work early and wasn’t hungry enough to eat. The chocolate isn’t overtly sweet and it’s thick and tasty. My only issue with these is I was gaining weight from drinking them every day so I had to cut down. I still drink them every now and then, they are just a little pricey so I purchase when on sale.

My son never eats breakfast so these are his favourite meal on the go

These are really great if you don’t have much time in the morning, kids can drink them in the car on the way to school. Lifesaver

My kids have these if time is short in the morning or as after school snacks. I love that they usually are half price on a regular basis as well.

I braught these up and gos for myself when I worked morning shifts as a support worker. After my first shift I quickly realised that I needed 2. Now my daughter enjoys them on our walk to school in the mornings.

Deliciously creamy and very filling, although a little sweet for my taste – chocolate probably isn’t the best flavour for breakfast!. I prefer the vanilla myself, but this is pretty good!

Great product. I don’t buy it often but if i see it on special i might grab some. Its a nice treat for me and so handy if you feel a bit hungry and would like something a little sweet. Very nice flavour.

My kids like these, mainly cos they’re q super quick breakfast and my kids can be lazy. Tad too much sugar and I still prefer your normal weet box in plain milk

My grandkids are not much of breakfast people so they are just happy to have an Up& Go and walk out the door for school. There are so many good ingredients in up & go to benefit you to get through a hard day. The children are to young to understand some off the benefits of the ingredients yet I know they are benefiting from all up &go products.

I used to be very sceptical about this drink until one day I had no time for breakfast and gave this go and found out how nourishing and tasty the drink is which is sufficient for your stomach when in a rush . . No wonder the kids love it although it can lead to a bad habit of skipping breakfast if not careful. The great thing is it has nutrients which is so important and is very handy to have in the fridge for a just in case . Great stuff.

Up n go, such a good product when you need to be up and on the go, definitely amazing on those early school mornings when you’re running that little bit late and can throw them to your child so they aren’t missing out on breakfast

This is not a bad idea for a meal replacement when you really have to skip breakfast. in reality though I can’t recall the last time I used this. Not a bad flavour.

The high sugar is actually offset by the amount of fibre in this drink. So if you are worried that this will cause a spike in your blood sugars, fear not!

This is great on the go, very filling! I love chocolate and I love milk, but for some reason, I don’t like chocolate ice cream or chocolate milk shakes. So my favourite flavours are usually vanilla or coffee.

Each one of my boys has his favourite flavour, My eldest loves chocolate, my middle loves strawberry and my youngest loves banana, so when they are on special, I have to get all these flavours…as for me, I don’t usually buy but I have tried the caramel and its really quiet nice…

This is a great go to for my children for breakfast before school. I know they have a fair bit of sugar in them but no more than any other sugary cereal that may appeal to my children.
