    These are a really great grab & go breakfast for when your in a rush. Handy size, the fruit helps sweeten it up and they are pretty tasty.

    I decided to try these in my daughter’s lunchbox as a healthier snack. My daughter doesn’t normally like anything with dried fruit, but she loves these. They have a 3 Star health rating, so not the best but not the worst, but given the fruit and fiber content I feel they’re a better snack over the junk she’d usually pick. Sweet, but not too sweet. I usually only use half a pack in her bento-style lunch box.
