This bread mix is fantastic. You can’t go wrong with it. It makes beautiful bread that fills the house with a lovely aroma. Unfortunately it doesn’t last long as you can’t stop eating it. Fresh from the oven with grated cheese, and you’re in heaven.

Laucke crusty white bread mix is a quality products as far as I have experienced. It tasted good and seems to work every time. It is definitely easier to just buy a loaf of bread, however when making your own it is certainly more pleasurable to eat.

I like this product because you can just all the ingredients in your mixer. Let it do its kneading while you have a cuppa. Then place it either on a tray/or tin. Leave it alone for an hour. Which gives you time to relax. The bread texture is terrific and the kitchen smell wonderful

This is one of our fav “homemade” breads in our house. Most people think we have made our own bread when they taste this. The bread comes out of the oven crusty on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.

I have bought a few boxes of Laucke crusty bread mix now and have only had 1 failed loaf (not sure why), instructions are easy to follow and the yeast satchel is also included, just have to add warm water and put it into the bread mixer.
Nothing beats the smell of freshly baked bread at home.
