These shakes aren’t bad but they are lower in protein and higher in sugar than the one I am now using. They do taste ok but just not my fave. Chocolate is a nice flavour just not for me anymore

This wasn’t for me, it didn’t fill me up at all. I suggest before using your money on this you use it on a dietician to help with weight loss in a more sustainable way

Who would have ever thought that having chocolate would be part of a weight loss program. I have been using Rapid Loss on and off for a while now, and the Chocolate Shake is by far, my favourite. Just one scoop (provided) of the powder to 200ml of chilled milk, shake, and sip away. A lovely shake that not only fills you up, feel satisfied, but also help you on the weight loss journey.

I love the rich creamy taste of chocolate rapidly loss, you actually WANT to drink it and believe that is so important when it comes to stovkimg yo a regime. Very filling, fill of nutrients and effective weight loss

Out of all the powered diet shakes this one tastes the best, it’s great to add to smoothies too. It doesn’t taste powdery either and you can get it on special a lot of the times at a good price.

This flavour is really delicious and tastes a bit like a cold milo/chocolate shake. I used an electric whisk to mix it properly and drank it straight from the mixing jug and love the frothy top. I found that it was filling and preferred drinking this for breakfast rather than eating toast. It did fill me up but by around 11.30am I was starving for lunch, but I do have a physical job. I think it could do with less sugar, it’s a bit too sweet and sugar is the enemy when you are trying to lose weight. It lasted for a month because I only did one meal replacement and I lost about 1.3kgs.
