I buy so much makeup, so I’ve tried lots of different eye pencils. The more expensive products don’t alway necessarily mean that it’s a better product. I’ve purchased this eye pencil so many times and I find it to be a reliable product. It’s reasonably priced, is a nice matte black colour and application is easy! I use the opposite sponge-like tip to create a smokey look, smudging the lower eye line.
