Clean and Clear essentials toner is a good toner at an affordable price.It is used after cleansing and it smooths and tones the skin down.

Fabulous for greasy or combination skin. Really does help with oil issues, and great for helping ance. Actually a really effective choice. Not the best scent but its still ok.
