This is more like a lolly opposed to a lozenges for throat relief. Good to get something to suck of if desperate but def not long lasting relief.

I’ve always loved the taste of these but I don’t feel they work…if they do it’s mild and not as effective as others available but they taste the nicest

I love the buttery taste of these lozenges and can eat a whole packet as they are so moreish. Not really good for my teeth but they do help to soothe a sore or irritated throat.

I love these just because they taste yummy and not because they work. I can’t say they’ve ever relieved a sore throat but who cares they taste nice when your throat is a little sore.

Butter-menthols are my go too lozenge as soon as I start to feel the first signs of a sore throat. They are fast acting and usually my sore throat is gone after just one. Plus they taste great!

I love Allen’s Butter-menthol Throat Lozenges as they taste so good, however I do not think they are super effective. If I have a sore throat I tend to use other brands and sometimes these as an extra.

I love the taste of these butter menthols and I always try and get the three pack where I can because one isn’t enough. When you’re not feeling well having something that is soothing, tastes good and gives you a pick me up is essential.

Ive only ever been able to stand and enjoy the orange flavor butter menthols. I find the other flavors to harsh in my mouth that I spit it out not even half way through.

Taste is not for me. Never been a fan of butter-menthols and this made my sort throat healing process all the more painful and tedious.

I have always had these since being a kid because my mother loved them and there was 100% always a packet ontop of the microwave for over a decade. I love the taste and they remind me of her and i will always buy these untill i die!

I found these lozenges ok for minor sore throats or to help with a dry tickley cough but they don’t give a lot of relief. They do have a nice taste

These taste beautiful but it seems like it’s more of a lolly than a medicated throat lozenge. So I wound only but them if I wanted a lolly

I had these when I was younger and always enjoyed them more as a lolly than any type of medication. They don’t have a very strong menthol taste, but they are very smooth – must be the butter part. They don’t seem to work very well but they taste good

The Allen butter menthol lozenges are great in soothing sore throat it also has vitamins to help you fight the sore throat and with the pain

if you have a sore throat these are rather useful to help. Unless you have one continuously in your mouth. They don’t do anything. Perhaps good for children.

Allen’s buttermenthol throat lozenges are a god send for sore throats. The menthol really soothes the throat and helps open up the sinuses. The buttery flavour is also really nice and isn’t a sickly medicine flavour like some other throat lozenges. This is a staple item in our cold arsonal!

I really enjoy butter menthols. But I don’t really get a huge help with my symptoms when I have them. I enjoy them as a lolly though – may be better for kids than other products.

I’ve always had Butter Menthol growing up. I find it doesn’t have the bite that other lozenges have. On the other hand, it’s more soothing than bacteria-killing.

These are great value and butter menthols are wonderful at soothing a dry, sore throat. I often buy to just keep at home for when needed, happily recommend and they taste fantastic!

My favourite lozenge – feels like a lolly. Doesn’t have a medicated flavour, but still does the job for sore throats and annoying coughs. Handy to have in your handbag during cold season.

Allen’s Butter Menthol Throat Lozenges are effective in relieving and soothing sore throats. They have a good flavour and the three pack is so handy, one for the handbag, one for the first aid kit and one spare.

Yes they do taste good. But I question if they really are beneficial apart from tasting good. To me they are more in the range of lollies than a throat lozenge.

An oldie but a goodie. I still love these when I have a sore throat. They are effective but mild enough for children which is lucky because My little boys both like them and will steal them out of my handbag every chance they get.

This product has a nice taste and it seems to coat the throat to lessen that tickly feeling that comes when you start coughing. A quality product.

I have had a sore throat lately and have found that one of these is enough to soothe my poor sore throat for a few hours. They taste really nice and are really inexpensive so are a fantastic option. I think I will keep using these in future
