We have 6 cats, and now exclusively use this litter. It’s cheap. It’s environmentally friendly and can be flushed or composted. It’s all natural. And it’s good with multiple cat households. We have multiple litter trays, and find that with daily spot cleans odour is well controlled.
Only fault is the lack of absorption power for large breed cats. Can cause a mess if there’s not a sufficiently deep layer.
We changed to this brand from Crystals as we liked that we could put the used cat litter into the gardens and it would break down naturally. We also liked that it was RSPCA branded and that a portion of the proceeds went to this great fund. It does need to be changed a lot more often than the crystals, but when it’s used as directed, it keeps the smells to a minimum. The cat seems happy with the arrangement as well.
