Sometimes I think the guys use this for just about anything. Anything under the car bonnet that has an adverse to water is wiped dry and sprayed with this. They have a spare can of this in the boot of each motor vehicle another one in the shed to use on anything that squeaks or makes a grinding noise

When we moved to our new home, we inherited a very loud Garage roller door! Obviously not been maintained as it should have been unfortunately and I couldn’t stand the noise! I raced straight out to buy this amazing Silicone spray. A couple of squirts on the hinges, springs and rollers and the door was as good as new again! A couple of drops every month or so, and the screeching doesn’t return!
