These were quite comfortable on the balls of my feet except I kept feeling like they were too slippery and making my feet push forward in my heels when walking.

These do provide light relief for the balls of your feet, but i figure if you need them your heels are too high and so the balls of your feet are going to get sore anyway. But still they help a little

These are comfortable to wear but are no good in Queensland heat if you’re prone to sweaty feet. I tried these in a pair of heels that were quite high to make them more comfortable but it was the middle of summer and once my feet were sweaty i was nearly falling out of my shoes.
