I loved using this bacon from the Black & Gold range. Its so delicious and knowing it’s Aussie meat makes it even better. Its hard getting locally sourced bacon these days so this has become a favourite of mine

Bacon and egg burgers have become a new morning pre-school ritual with the black and gold shortcut bacon. Black and gold makes it an affordable everyday option in our house, I can’t believe I didn’t try it sooner. Cooked to perfection in the air fryer, Full of flavour, leaves everyone with a full and satisfied belly!

I prefer short cut bacon on my burgers so today I decided to try the bacon and eggs in a toasted sandwich. I was impressed with the way it cooked up and size of the bacon was just right. No fat was on the bacon which I was happy with. Will buy again as the price was pretty good and got enough bacon in the pack for more.

My three boys love bacon and egg rolls but this morning we just had bacon and eggs with avocado and they were just as pleased. The bacon was short cut so easy to fit into the pan and all was quiet once on their plates so it must have been good, not one bit was wasted.

I was really happy with the quality of the bacon- the slices were a nice thickness without being tough or too thick. The bacon was fresh and lean and there was no wastage. The bacon cooked up nicely in the pan and was a lovely addition to our baked potatoes

The short cut bacon was a hit in my family. Such great value for the size. And the quality of the bacon was great. We used it for breakfast with eggs and for dinner in some fried rice. And I love how it’s gluten free as well. I’ll be re purchasing the bacon in my next shopping trip.

Was very impressed with the quality and cut of the short cut bacon. We made for Brekky and enjoyed very much. Not to much fat in it which is a extra bonus and plus great value for money .

This was fairly comparable to other brands. It’s good value for 250g. I found that we got a lot in the packet without too much fat/rind. We used it for breakfast with eggs but would also be good to use on a burger or chopped up in a pasta sauce.

My husband tried this one and gave me a taste, it is nice but a bit too salty for me. Good value though for 200g
