These choc chips are amazing for baking and I find myself repurchasing it whenever we run out. The kids love the treats I make with it and have even tried their own hand at coming up with new concoctions. High quality, never had issues with the brand or their products. Highly recommend!

I found the Black & Gold Baking Choc Chip Bits to be great to cook with. The size of the chocolate bits is smaller than what I usually buy, but it worked really well when making mini biscuits. They had a great flavour and were a great price. I’d buy them again

I purchased the Black & Gold chocolate chips to bake homemade cookies and the flavour was sensational! The taste was sweet and creamy however not too overpowering. The product paired well with other B&G ingredients and was a clear winner for the family (especially the kids!) A great price point which doesn’t break the bank! Thank you

Being a baker, ive got certain things i look for in chocolate chips. I like the ones that bake beautifully, becoming gooey but not runny and setting like a dream giving you that perfect just baked texture. This one does not disappoint. Made some cookies to take to an event and it was gone in seconds! Everyone loved it and my kids were bummed to only have been left a few pieces. Looks like I have a new go to baking ingredient!

My daughter had a bake sale at school and requested cookies. We used these chocolate chips alongside m&ms and I found they really went well together.. they are definitely not as sweet as other chocolate chips so I’m not sure I’d use them on their own in cookies but they balanced the heaviness from the m&ms perfectly.

Great value alternative to other more expensive brands of choc chips found in the supermarkets. I used these to make banana and choc chip muffins that were enjoyed by the whole family. They’re compound chocolate but are still tasty even on their own when someone sneaks one off the bench top!

Firstly I noticed these chop chips were tiny, however they tasted fine. They worked well in my choc chip cookies, which tasted great . Look I think they are an affordable option, melt well , and taste fine. Great for baking and I would be happy to purchase these choc chips again.

At first I was a little surprised at the size of the choc- chips when I opened the packet as they were smaller than your regular choc chips.
The taste was about what I expected for compound chocolate, but for the value it was worth it.
They melted a little more than I hoped, but still did the job. I think they would work really well in chocolate brownie for an extra chocolate hit.

Found this product to bit to small for my liking, didn’t enjoy the taste, tried melting didn’t go well but tried re moulding and mixing coconut with product kind of tasted a little better easy enough for use to enjoy in chocolate mini bits form was a bit of work.

When I opened the pack I was surpised to see that the choc chips were almost ‘mini’ but they did not disappoint!
I made a batch of chocolate chips cookies and the chips spread better throughout the dough and melted into the dough too making the cooked cooked even softer and chewyer.
The chocolate flavour itself was pleasant, not to sweet, not to bitter, just right.
For how expensive chocolate is these days i think this is a fantastic alternative to main stream brands and I will certainly be reaching for it in the future!

I purchased the Choc chips to use in making chocolate chip cookies. They are a little smaller than I am used to but that just meant I added more. Value for money was great, a slightly more affordable option than the other brands on the market. And they were delicious!

I have tried these choc chips and they are so flavoursome and great taste in cookies 🍪 or cakes. I highly recommend buying these.

I recently tried the Black & Gold Plain Flour (1kg) and Black & Gold Compound Choc Chips to make choc chip cookies. I was a little dubious when using the choc chips as I usually use chocolate Chips (not compound cooking chocolate) in other brands when baking. The Black and Gold choc chips are quite small and tasted pretty ordinary before baking but were fine once baked and a budget friendly option. I made choc chip cookies, and my kids loved them – they even stated that the “smaller the choc chips the better, because you get more” and “they are really good”. So, both products passed the kid taste test. I still prefer other brands (some of which are on par with value) but would purchase again in a pinch.

Just whipped up choc chip cookies with Black & Gold. Easy to use, blended perfectly, tasted great and all at such a great price. Affordable bakes in this day and age, I can’t complain and neither did the other half and the kiddo!
Great when my local IGA is just a short walk away.

Used these in some chocolate biscuits and they melted really well with the butter. Nice chocolate flavour.

Added these into some brownies and were delicious, on their own a little dry but happy overall with product
