I always like having powdered milk in my pantry as a back up but also for when I’m baking bread or making desserts. This powdered milk is an affordable option, it isn’t clumpy and dissolves really well and it’s got a creamy flavour to it. The black and gold packaging is quite clear but a little boring in appearance. Besides that though this is good quality and great value.

I usually buy milk powder from woolworths and was very happy to be given the opportunity to try an IGA product. It was very easy to locate this milk powder in the store because all the products were displayed logically and neatly. The milk powder was very easily dissolved in hot water and it came out nice, smooth and creamy.
